Micheal A. Neel
FOUNDER AND CEO
Neel graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a degree in Business Economics and began working for Booz Allen Hamilton as a strategy consultant in 2004. Three years later, he relocated to New York to get an MBA at Columbia University, after which he joined Arle Capital (previously Candover) in London as an Investment Director. He left his position in private equity in 2011 to pursue his passion for history and storytelling, co-founding PixelGenesys with his co-founder.

Ryan James-Heuser
CO-FOUNDER AND CFO
Heuser is a seasoned financial and business executive with a focus on start-ups and scale-ups in a variety of industries, including technology and eCommerce. Prior to co-founding PixelGenesys with Neel, Heuser worked as the CFO and Head of People at an online collaborative learning platform for four years. Heuser is a certified public accountant with a bachelor's degree in business administration and economics. He likes athletics, playing the piano, and writing in his spare time.

Gareth Smith
Chief Marketing Officer
With 10 years of agency and client-side expertise, as well as 5 years of start-up experience, I am a marketing expert and creative director. He has an eye for design and can connect strategic dots, which he uses to build excellent teams, develop products, and launch businesses. His first part of his work was spent as a writer for a major newspaper, a radio producer, a photographer, and an art director for an advertising agency. He earned an MBA and went into marketing jobs for companies like Getty Images because he was interested in the big picture and strategy.

Before entering into management consulting, Alessia studied Economics and Politics at Cambridge. Her first specialisation was in mobile banking services, but she later shifted her attention to online platform-based enterprises. She currently has almost ten years of expertise as a production executive. She focuses on automating internal procedures, expanding our Ghost-writing platform, and figuring out how to make our storyteller and writer experience as heart-warmingly natural as possible at PixelGenesys.
